How to Volunteer

There are two ways to find out about local volunteering opportunities:

1. On-line - click on the do-it logo.

Each of our local volunteering opportunities is held on this national database so you can easily access hundreds of opportunities, to help you find the one that suits you. When you identify an opportunity you are interested in, follow the instructions provided and we will respond promptly with further details.

2. In person - visit the Volunteer Centre.

No appointment is necessary. Opening times and directions are shown on the Contact us page.

Ask at reception for Jane or Hazel, our Volunteer Advisors, who will be happy to discuss your individual interests and requirements. They will provide you with a short-list of appropriate volunteering opportunities. You are welcome to bring someone else along with you if you wish.
